Returns / Exchanges We offer exchanges on all full-priced items purchased online or in-store. See T&Cs below. Full price items may be returned at the customer's expense for a store credit up to ten (10) working days from the date of delivery. All items returned must be in original condition with tags attached, including hygienic label for swimwear, and free from marks including make-up and fake tan. Any items returned with labels removed or showing signs of wear (including make up) will not be refunded. Shipping Orders are shipped 1-2 business day after the date of the order. Orders with express shipping are shipped 1 business day after the date of the order. Upon dispatch, a confirmation email is sent to the customer advising tracking details. Australia The Bruns Shop ships with Sendle and Australia Post for domestic orders. We recommend purchasing Express shipping for urgent orders. Please note we are outside the Australia Post next day delivery network so cannot guarantee next day deliveries. All order over $150 receive free standard shipping.
