Returns / Exchanges
At SNRKLBR we know hard it is to find the perfect fit bikini, so we offer returns and exchanges on all full-priced items purchased online. (Note this does not include our Australian Made Made-to-Order line - all sales of Made to Order items are final and we encourage you to check the product description carefully.) See T&Cs below.
- Full price items may be returned at the customer's expense for a full refund (minus postage costs) or store credit up to ten (10) working days from the date of delivery.
- Customers are asked to notify SNRKLBR Swimwear within the ten (10) day return period by email to email@example.com, quoting their order number and details of the return / exchange.
- Items are to be returned with a completed Returns Form, which can be downloaded here.
- Refunds and exchanges are not permitted for sale or discounted items. Customers are encouraged to choose carefully and take any "fit notes" in product descriptions into account.
- Faulty or damaged items must be reported to SNRKLBR via email to firstname.lastname@example.org or the contact form on the website within ten (10) working days from receipt of purchase.
- All items returned must be in original condition with tags and hygienic label attached (unless faulty) and free from marks (including make-up and fake tan). Any items returned with hygienic labels removed or showing signs of wear, including make up, will not be refunded.
- Returns can be mailed to: SNRKLBR RETURNS, 3/16 Tasman Way, Byron Bay NSW 2481 Australia.
- Refund terms for SNRKLBR items purchased in a store not owned by SNRKLBR are not covered by this policy. Return terms are at the discretion of the store from which the item was purchased.
- INTERNATIONAL EXCHANGES will be sent out with Standard shipping at no extra cost. Please email us if you would like to upgrade your exchange to Express shipping.
- We recommend shipping return packages with a courier so as to avoid missing packages.
Orders are shipped 1-3 business days after the date of the order.*
Express Shipping and International Express Shipping
Orders are shipped 1 business day after the date of the order.*
*not including Made-to-Order (MTO) items.
MTO items are placed in a queue with our manufacturing team upon receipt and are shipped upon completion of the order (usually within 7-10 business days but can be up to 30 days in busy periods).
Orders comprising both MTO and Ready-to-Ship (RTS) items will be shipped upon completion of the MTO items, or at the discretion of SNRKLBR.
Upon dispatch, a confirmation email is sent to the customer advising tracking details.
SNRKLBR ships with Australia Post for domestic orders. We recommend purchasing Express shipping for urgent orders.
Please note we are outside the Australia Post next day delivery network so cannot guarantee next day delivery for any orders.
We are currently offering only International Express shipping for international orders. Orders are sent with DHL Express and should deliver in 3-4 business days from date of dispatch.
International orders are subject to duty fees and taxes enforced by customs within your country. We are not held liable for any fees or taxes charged to you by your government. Refusal to pay these taxes is considered abandonment of the package, and no refunds will be offered in this case.
If you are concerned about the taxes in your country, please email us and we may be able to arrange Standard shipping via the post. Packages sent in this way generally do not incur government taxes, although unfortunately we can't guarantee this. Please note that Standard shipping is at the customer's own risk - there are delays and we will not be held liable for missing or late packages.
Missing / Late Deliveries
Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and we do not guarantee delivery within that timeframe.
In the event that any packages are lost during transit, SNRKLBR will initate steps with the courier to locate missing packages or organise reimbursement, but cannot be held liable for missing or late deliveries.
