Items ship from Byron Bay, Australia

Standard Shipping
Orders are shipped 1-3 business days after the date of the order.*  

Express Shipping and International Express Shipping
Orders are shipped 1 business day after the date of the order (not including Made-to-Order or pre-order items).

Pre-Order
Orders including pre-order items will ship when the pre-order items are in stock or ready to shop.  Please email us if you'd like to arrange shipping of your in-stock items before your pre-ordered items are ready to ship.

Upon dispatch, a confirmation email is sent to the customer advising tracking details.

Australia

We offer standard and express parcel shipping with Australia Post only.   

International

We are currently only offering International Express shipping for international orders.  Orders should deliver in 5-8 business days from date of dispatch ( pending on your location)

International parcels can take longer than expected in some instances, any shipping delays with the courier are unfortunately out of our control and  we cant be held liable for any delays.

International orders are subject to duty fees and taxes enforced by customs within your country.  We are not held liable for any fees or taxes charged to you by your government.  Refusal to pay these taxes is considered abandonment of the package, and no refunds will be offered in this case.  

Missing / Late Deliveries

Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and we do not offer on-time delivery guarantee.  

In the event that any packages are lost during transit, we will initate steps with the courier to locate missing packages or organise reimbursement, but cannot be held liable for missing or late deliveries.
