Terms + Conditions

Items are returnable up to 30 days from receiving.
Full-priced items may be returned for a full refund.
Full-priced items purchased using a discount code may be returned for a full refund, except for during promotional sale period (like Black Friday).
Discounted items purchased during a promotional sale period (like Black Friday) are returnable for store credit only.
Returning items must be in original condition with tags and labels attached and free from marks or stains.
Items returned stained or with hygienic labels removed unfortunately cannot be accepted and can be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.
Free bikinis received as a promotional gift must be returned and in original condition if the minimum order threshold is no longer met (e.g if other items from the order are returned and the order no longer meets the free gift threshold).
Faulty or damaged items should be reported via email to orders@snrklbr.com as soon as possible.
T&Cs for items purchased via a stockist are not covered by this policy.
