Pre-Order
Orders including pre-order items will ship when the pre-order items are in stock or ready to ship. Please email us if you'd like to arrange shipping of your in-stock items before your pre-ordered items are ready to ship.

Upon dispatch, we will send a confirmation email with your tracking details.

We offer international shipping from our US location to Canada only. Please visit our Australian site to place an international order.

Missing / Late Deliveries

Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and we do not offer on-time delivery guarantee.

In the event that a packages are lost during transit, we will initate steps with the courier to locate missing packages, but cannot be held liable for missing or late deliveries.
